I’ve raised a ticket with the PayTM regarding the cashback and they are now saying since I didn’t use a PromoCode I do not avail any cashback which is absolute bullshit given that there was no mention of the Promocode in ToS for the Offer.

Could someone let me know, if you guys used any Promocode ?

No bro it was just human mistake. Also yesterday it was sunday and most of the admins were on holiday. Today maybe because of lot of tags they missed it but now corrected.

After pestering the support Team. My ticket has just been resolved and I’ve received the 600INR cashback.
The support team insisted that I did not add any Promocode, To which I’ve told that one of my friend has received the cashback without any promocode and to tell me what code was supposed to be applied in such a case.

Be a little careful with IXIGO claim.
I had booked tickets thru this same scheme a couple of weeks back when the cashback was Rs 600 (from Paytm) and Rs 500 from IXIGO.
I filed my claim on 1-March-2016 and yesterday, they declined my claim stating that I haven’t bought from them when the fact of the matter was that I searched for flights thru IXIGO and then clicked on the easemytrip website and bought tickets from there.

I will be writing back to them and hope to see a positive response from their side.

There are problems. Easemy trip does not show coupon detail and PayTm refuse that coupon is not applied. Be careful and check in detail before proceeding.

I haven’t had any issues with ixigo in past and PayTM credit is instant. although my PayTM limit wasn’t reached. I really love the fact that air travel is so Mich affordable now here.

There is some referral option as well.
And using IXICP600 coupon code on Ixigo for 600 cashback.

the point here is easemytrip shows inflated price plus they charge 200 convenience fee. its better to book from sites like ezeego1.Co.in which have very low convenience fee plus cashback offers which are trusted. also cleartrip is a good option

agreed now. Previously when the offer(1100 Rs cashback) started prices were not inflated, also convenience charge fee was Rs 125 only. Now prices are slightly inflated and convenience is Rs 200
