1. What is the offer?
Get Rs.1,000 cash back on State Bank of India Debit & Credit Cards, on purchase of a new ’Honor 8 Pro’ smartphone from 27 July 2017 to 29 July 2017. The cashback is valid only once per card account over the three days.

2. How can I avail this offer?
There are no other special steps to avail this offer. Just go through the normal purchase process. Please note, the entire amount needs to be paid from your card to avail the offer.

3. What is the minimum transaction size for the cashback?
The minimum transaction amount to avail cashback is Rs.25,000. The cashback will be calculated on the net amount paid on the card (after an exchange offer, if applied) in a single transaction.

4. What is the maximum cash back that I can avail?
The maximum cash back possible per card account across Amazon.in Site and App is Rs.1,000. The cashback is valid only once per card account.

5. When will I get the cash back?

6. Is cashback applicable on debit and credit cards?

8. Can I avail cash back on card payment on delivery? Are net banking transactions also included in the cashback?
Yes, the cashback is applicable on card payment on delivery for orders placed during the offer period i.e. customers who have chosen the option of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) while ordering and chose to use card for payment on receipt of the product (MPOS). However, please note that the facility of card on delivery payment is subject to availability of the card accepting machine at the time of delivery. In order to not lose out on the offer, we highly recommend that you pay with your card online at the time of placing the order.

9. My payment failed while placing the order, will I be eligible for the cashback?

This offer (“Offer”) is being provided by State Bank of India (“Bank”) or SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Limited (“SBICPSL”), and is made available on www.ama...in or the mobile application or mobile site thereof (collectively “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).
These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
All residents of India holding a valid (i) debit card issued by the Bank, or (ii) credit card issued by SBICPSL (each a “Card”) are eligible to avail the Offer (each a “Cardholder”).

Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, purchases a new ‘Honor 8 Pro’ (128 GB) smartphone (“Product”) on Amazon.in, using a Card (issued by the Bank or SBICPSL as applicable), will be entitled to receive a cashback of INR 1,000 on the purchase of the Product, provided the purchase value of the Product is equivalent to or exceeds INR 25,000.
Each Cardholder can avail this Offer only on the purchase of one Product during the Offer Period. It is clarified that no cashback will be provided for any subsequent purchase of the Product during the Offer Period, irrespective of the fact that whether such Cardholder purchases a different variant of the Product.
The Offer can be availed by a Cardholder only once per Card account during the Offer Period. In other words, in the event a Cardholder avails the Offer in accordance with these Offer Terms, such Cardholder will not be entitled to avail the Offer again on a subsequent purchase of Product on the same Card or any other card linked to the account associated with such Card (whether such Cardholder purchases the same Product or a different variant of the Product).
The cashback is solely funded by the Bank (in respect of debit cards) and SBICPSL (in respect of credit cards), to the total exclusion of Amazon.
The purchase of the Product will be governed by the terms of sale, including terms of or restrictions (if any) on exchange, applicable to the sale of the Product on Amazon.in.
The purchase of Product by a Cardholder on equated monthly installments (EMI) in respect of a credit Card will also eligible for this Offer. 14% rate of interest is applicable on monthly reducing balance for EMI transactions on the credit Card issued by SBICPSL.
This Offer is also applicable on payment made by Cardholders using the ‘Cash on Delivery’ payment option provided that: (a) the order for the Product is placed by the Cardholders on Amazon.in during the Offer Period; and (b) the Cardholder, at the time of delivery of the Product, makes the payment via card accepting machine carried by the delivery associate using a Card. In the event, for any reason, the card accepting machine is not available or is not working, the Cardholders will not be entitled to avail the Offer.
This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancels the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn.
Bank and SBICPSL reserve the right to disqualify their respective Cardholders from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
Delinquent and over-limit SBICPSL’s credit Card Cardholders will not qualify for this Offer.
Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any such participation is purely voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by Bank, SBICPSL, or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other, offers.
The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Card. These Offer Terms are in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card’s terms and conditions.

Any queries / issues relating to cashback will be entertained by the Bank or SBICPSL only up to November 15, 2017. For the avoidance of doubt it is clarified that a Cardholder must address the queries / issues to the respective entity only (Bank or SBICPSL, as the case may be). Post such date neither the Bank nor SBICPSL nor Amazon will entertain any queries / issues from any person.
Under no circumstances will the cashback under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu by the Bank or SBICPSL (as applicable) or by Amazon.
The Cardholders expressly agree that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or delivery or misuse of the Product.
These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes in relation to these Offer Terms.
