Cashback offer is valid only for PayPal user’s first-ever PayPal transaction on ixigo.
If a customer has ever used PayPal as a payment mode in his/her previous bookings (for Buses/Hotel/Trains/International Flights), then the customer will not be eligible for cashback.
Paypal cashback will be credited in customer account within 5 working days of booking confirmation.
In case of no show, no refund would be applicable.
In cases of cancellation, the amount shall be credited after the applicable deductions of cancellation, penalty charges, discounts, awarded cashback voucher, if any.
If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, the customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
ixigo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
ixigo is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
In no event the entire liability of ixigo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.

PayPal Terms & Conditions

The offer is valid only for users’ first transaction on ixigo with PayPal and can be availed only once.
The offer is valid for transactions through your PayPal Indian account.
You will need to transact for a minimum value of ₹6000 on PayPal to be eligible for the offer.
You will receive an email notifying you about the cashback in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the transaction on your registered email ID.
The cashback will be in the form a discount cash voucher, which can be redeemed for your next PayPal transaction.
The cashback voucher will be valid for 60 days from the date of receipt of the email. Check email for the actual expiry date of cashback.
In case you have a business account with PayPal, you’ll need to download the PayPal app, login and check ‘Offers’ section in the bottom part of the app homepage to find your cashback voucher.
This offer cannot be combined with any other offer/voucher/discount on ixigo.
Under no circumstances will you be entitled to withdraw the eligible cashback voucher amount into your bank account or otherwise ask for a cash withdrawal.
The cashback voucher can be redeemed during a PayPal transaction where there is an integration between the merchant’s checkout flow and PayPal back-end platform which holds all the logic to redeem PayPal offers.
