Their systems are screwed up. While ordering it showed the discount but didn’t consider while payment. After multiple followup with customer service, I gave up never to order from them again

Same Experience……worst app……Have ordered few medicine………they kept order under processing and never tell you why the order is under processing. You have to call them and check for reason. And then they will say all your medicine except 2 are not in stock. Why do they take order when they don’t have stock. Never order from Medlife.

Are they delivering with cash on delivery?

Unable to reach any customer service personnel of Medlife. How safe are Wallet prepayments?

Better to use Netmeds , they take order only if the medicine is in stock and medicine is shipped from diffrent diffrent city/ warehouse as per availablity of medicine, and new user can get 33% discount.

I personally had an awful experience where they charged extra and the worst part is no one is picking up the phone in customer service. The phone rings but no response.

My other experience with Pharmeasy was equally bad rather it was worse as they charged me for the medicines but after a week they cancelled the order. A horrible experience.

How to get 33%

Medlife is shit.
They cancelled my order without proper reasoning and next day they call me and revive the order, Again cancel it the next day and again I get a call from them to revive it second time!!!
Worst experience. I have used Phameasy, Netmeds, 1mg but all are pretty much prompt about the orders.

I was able to apply the code for my order and place it. Then someone called to confirm the order and due to unavailability made some substitutions. When he confirmed the order and I checked it, that idiot either removed the coupon code from that order or missed to apply it again after modification. So the final amount to pay moved to considerably high. I couldn’t reach to their customer care to talk to them to get the code manually applied. Every time I heard the voice “Please wait for the next support person to be connected to you..” the call would get disconnected. So I went ahead and canceled the order. When I went to try and place the order again with the substituted medicines and apply the coupon code again, I got the message “Promo code applicable only for orders above Rs 1500” even though my order amount was Rs 1800! Seriously their systems are crappy.

Finally, I gave up.

So I have to order worth 3,333 to utilise the complete 1000 discount.

Latest update: I placed my order with Netmeds and used code SBI40 code to get a flat 20% discount on the order. Offer page https://www.sbicard.com/en/personal/offer/netme.... You don’t need to pay using SBI card to get the offer. I don’t care for the 20% NMS SuperCash also given for the order using that coupon code since I know that’s useless just like Mobikwik Supercash.

I paid for the order using Amazon Pay offer to get 100% cashback max Rs 50 (maybe user-specific) and received the Rs 50 cashback in my Amazon Pay balance too. Also, as expected, they called me to confirm the medicines, symptoms, etc. and confirmed my order without any need for substitutions. So indeed whatever medicines you see on the store to add to cart shows the correct status of the product.

I don’t know how to believe the guys here who are claiming that they give 33% discount for new users without sharing any link for the offer page or details.

Don’t ever order from medlife I repeat Don’t ever extremely bad experience they never have stock and also they check after placing order then Modify the order and also the discount for example if you order medicine at x discount and the products is not available or available at lesser quantity they modify the order with y discount and refund the remaining in 7-15 days

Had applied icici code and it did apply. Now im seeing order is under processing and discount percentage is 13 percent. Earlier ot was 28 percent or so..
Looks like they aren’t honoring the coupon.
