TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The offer is valid for domestic & international hotel bookings for Taj Hotels made on MakeMyTrip website, MakeMyTrip’s Android and iOS App only.
This offer is valid from 17th May’16 00:00 Hrs to 21st May’16 23:59 Hrs Only.
The offer is applicable on hotel check out made on or before 30th September, 2016.
To avail the offer, customer must enter the deal code ‘MMTTAJ’ in the Deal Code field.
In case the customer enters the incorrect deal code, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback.
Eligible customers shall be entitled to a 15% cashback up to Rs.15000 on the base price and an additional 15% cashback up to Rs. 15000 for CITI and ICICI Bank Debit & Credit Card holders on the amount paid by the card.
CITI & ICICI Bank Debit & Credit Card can be used only once for Hotel Cashback offer during the offer period. If the same card is used for the 2nd time to make a hotel booking, it shall be eligible only for the base offer and not the additional CITI/ICICI Offer. Every add-on card would be considered as a separate card.
CITI and ICICI Bank cashback offer is valid on one booking each for Domestic Hotels and International Hotels only, i.e. 1 booking for Domestic Hotels, 1 for International Hotels during the offer period.
Cashback will be processed within 21 business days from the date of transaction for all eligible customers except Citi Debit & Credit cardholders.
For Citi Debit & Credit cardholder, cashback will be processed within 45 business days from the date of transaction.
Citibank Accelerated Reward points will be calculated on the amount arrived at after deduction of the cashback amount from the booking amount. For eg, if the customer makes a booking of INR 5000 and is eligible for a cashback of INR 1200, then the Citibank Accelerated Reward points will be calculated on INR 3800 only. This shall be applicable when the cashback is credited in customer’s Citibank card account and not MakeMyTrip Mywallet.
Customer may opt to make partial payment through payback points.
If the customer doesn’t receive the cash back amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the customer fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cash back amount.
In the event of full cancellation of the booking, the customer shall not be entitled for the cashback and MakeMyTrip will refund the booking amount (if the booking is refundable) after deduction of applicable cancellation charges. If the customer cancels the hotel booking after the cashback amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will refund the purchase price after deducting the cashback amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty. For example, if a customer has paid INR 10,000 (after deduction of instant discount) for a hotel booking and a cashback of INR 1,000 has been credited to the customer’s account, the net amount paid by the customer is INR 9,000. Thus, if the customer cancels the booking, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty from INR 9,000 and the balance amount will be credited to the customer’s account.
Offer is not valid for Pay at Hotel bookings.
This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip.
Free cancellation offer is not applicable on Taj Hotels.
User Agreement and Privacy Policy of MakeMyTrip shall apply.
Offer is not valid on payments made through PayPal account, Cash on Delivery (COD) and any external wallets.
MakeMyTrip will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the Offer by the customer or the claim is not eligible under the offer.
Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and MMT shall not entertain any such claims.
The maximum liability of MakeMyTrip in the event of any claim arising out of this offer shall not exceed a sum of Rs. 10000.
MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
MakeMyTrip reserves the right to alter, modify or withdraw the offer anytime without prior notice.
A user can make a maximum of 3 bookings in a day and maximum 5 bookings in 30 days using offer codes or deal codes, including MMTTAJ deal code.
Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
