4.4. ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer

4.4.1. The ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer is a promotional offer in partnership with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI”), and is applicable for the purchase of Products from the Platforms (“ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer”).

4.4.2. The ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer will commence on 18 July 2017, and will continue until 21 August 2017, or such other date on which the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer is revoked by AJIO (“Term of the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer”).

4.4.3 Users will be eligible to avail the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer only if:

4.4.3.1. Users make payment for purchase of the Products using their ICICI credit or debit cards, or ICICI Pockets; and

4.4.3.2. the total value of a single order for purchase of Products on the Platforms is equal to or greater than INR 1,500, after taking into account all applicable Discounts.

4.4.4. During the Term of the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer, eligible Users will receive a cashback of INR 200 (“ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Amount”) in their ICICI credit/debit card or Pockets accounts, as applicable, within 60 days from payment being made by the User for purchase of the Products on the Platforms.

4.4.5. The ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer may be availed only once by each User during the Term of the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer.

4.4.6. The Discounts forming part of the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer may be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts offered by ICICI or AJIO, as specified on the Platforms.

4.4.7. If Users who have availed the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer return all or part of the Products purchased by them on the Platforms such that the value of their order falls below INR 1,500, they will not be eligible to receive the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Amount.

4.4.8. In case of any returns of the Products purchased by the Users, AJIO will have the sole discretion to decide whether the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Amount must be credited to the Users, and such decision of AJIO will be final.

4.4.9. AJIO reserves the right to modify the terms of the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer, or discontinue the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer at any time without assigning any reasons, and without any prior intimation to the Users.

4.4.10. If Users have any issues with availing the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Amount, Users may contact ICICI at 1800-889-9991/1800-419-8998.
