1. The Luxury Beauty New Customer offer (“Offer”) is a limited period promotional offer provided by Cloudtail India Private Limited (“Cloudtail”) and made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) on the website www.ama...in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”).

2. These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. 1. Each Purchaser who follows the process mentioned in Section 4 above during the Offer Period will be eligible to receive INR 150 discount on the transaction value of the order (“Benefit”), provided that:

c) The order of the Product(s) is a prepaid order transaction, i.e. this Offer is not applicable on ’cash-on-delivery’ orders.

1. The Benefit on the purchase of Product(s) can be availed in addition to other discount(s) which may be available on such Product(s).

2. This Offer will only be available the first time a Purchaser purchases the Product(s) during the Offer Period in accordance with Clauses 4 and 5 of these Offer Terms. In other words, each Purchaser can avail the Offer only once during the Offer Period.

12. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
