are they giving cashback or that too blocked without kYC
I think they are in fully blocked categories now..
I have wallet balance.. 
I think I have understood you guys now. It’s the wallet that has been blocked for you both and for all such cases where the kyc are still not done.
But, the other part of the wallet i.e voucher balance must be available for all and that has a expiry of 185 days I think..
So, imo you can very much carry out txns and use the promocodes to get cb in vouchers but will not be able to add money to the wallet or can use wallet balances untill you provide them the required KYC documents.

Off topic- Am still able to receive cashback and add money ( to the voucher part of wallet) in Paytm even though my minimum KYC expired last week
