This offer (“Offer”) is co-sponsored by ICICI Bank and Flipkart Advanz Private Limited (“Flipkart Advanz”) on www.flipka...om, Flipkart mobile app and Flipkart mobile site (collectively referred to as “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (Flipkart, We or Our). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Card (“Cardholder/You/Your” and “Card”).
By participating in the Offer (defined below), Cardholder agrees to be bound by:

The Offer is valid from 28th May 2020 (00:00 Hours) to 31st May 2020 (23:59 Hours) (Offer Period).
To avail the Offer, You must do/ fulfil the following:

Purchase an eligible product.
In terms of this Offer, Cardholders are eligible to get a discount of 10% on the purchase of products from the Large Appliances and Electronics categories on the Platform using their Card during the Offer Period. You are required to check the product page of the product/s you intend to purchase and confirm Offer applicability before completing your purchase.
Purchase of Product/s must be made by using your valid and current ICICI Bank retail Credit and Debit Card.
The discount will be applied to the Net Cart Value (NCV). The minimum NCV to avail this Offer is Rs. 4,999 for ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Cards and Credit/Debit EMI and the maximum discount per Card during the Offer Period is INR 1,750 per card on Credit and INR 1,000 per card on Debit. NCV shall mean the total value of only the eligible product/s in the cart after all applicable discounts and exchange offer redemptions.
The Offer is also applicable on EMI transactions on ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Cards.
