What is the offer?
15% Cashback on purchase of select Fashion Products – Men’s Clothing, Women’s Clothing, Kid’s Clothing, Kid’s Footwear, Men’s Footwear, Women’s Footwear, Watches, Sunglasses, Bags & Backpacks, Leather & Travel Accessories, Jewellery categories on the Platform, using your PhonePe wallet or credit card/debit card/UPI through PhonePe during the offer period, as defined below.

What is the offer duration?

• 21st April, 2018 (00:00 Hours) to 22nd April, 2018 (23:59 Hours).

• Max. cashback up to Rs.125.
• Cashback will be credited to customer PhonePe wallet within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction
• Cashback can be used for recharges, bill payments, merchant transactions across PhonePe
• The cashback amount credited to Your PhonePe wallet cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other users

How do I check if a product is an Eligible Product?

• This offer will be applicable on purchase of select products under select Fashion Products – Men’s Clothing, Women’s Clothing, Kid’s Clothing, Kid’s Footwear, Men’s Footwear, Women’s Footwear, Watches, Sunglasses, Bags & Backpacks, Leather & Travel Accessories, Jewellery categories on the Platform.
• You can check the list of all offers applicable on a product, on the product page. This offer will also be listed there, if the product is eligible for the offer.

Will I get the offer if I pay through Flipkart Gift Card partially?

• In case of partial payments made using any payment mode other than PhonePe or avail any exchange offer, the Offer will be valid only on the total transaction value paid through PhonePe.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This Offer (defined below) is being extended by PhonpePe Private Limited (PhonePe) on www.flipka...om, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (Flipkart).
2. By participating in this Offer, user (You, Your or Customer) agrees to be bound by:
a. these terms and conditions (T&C);
b. the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-v...er) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and
c. all applicable terms and conditions of PhonePe.

Offer Details

1. Offer is valid from 21st April, 2018 (00:00 Hours) to 22nd April, 2018 (23:59 Hours). (Offer Period).
2. To avail this Offer You must do/ fulfill the following:
a. Age must be 18 years or above;
b. Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same;
c. In terms of the Offer You can avail *15% cashback, during the Offer Period on single transaction only on the purchase of eligible products from the Platform (“Offer”).
d. Must Purchase products during the Offer Period under the categories on which this Offer applies, namely [select Fashion Products – Men’s Clothing, Women’s Clothing, Kid’s Clothing, Kid’s Footwear, Men’s Footwear, Women’s Footwear, Watches, Sunglasses, Bags & Backpacks, Leather & Travel Accessories, Jewellery] using either Your PhonePe wallet or using Your credit card/ debit card/ UPI through PhonePe (Eligible Payment Method).
e. You shall check product page and confirm Offer applicability before making any purchase.
3. In case partial payment is made through Flipkart Gift Card, Offer will apply only on the amount paid through the Eligible Payment Method, against the purchase of Eligible Products
4. On the first instance of fulfilling the above requirements during the Offer Period you will get 15% cashback, maximum cashback up to Rs.125, which will be credited into Your PhonePe wallet within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction on the Platform (Offer). In case the PhonePe wallet limit for the month has been reached, the cashback will be credited on the first business day of the next month. The maximum cashback that can be availed under this Offer is Rs. 125.
5. The cashback amount credited to Your PhonePe wallet cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other users.
6. In case where cashback has been credited to Your PhonePe wallet and You cancel the transaction and You seek a refund, the amount of cashback shall be deducted from the amount of the refund due and payable to You.
7. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any offer made available to You by an issuer of any Debit Card or Credit Card or any bank.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. This Offer can be availed by You only once.
2. You may not get cashback if Your Flipkart and/or PhonePe account is blacklisted.
3. Offer is not applicable on purchase of Flipkart gift card or Gold/Silver Coins using the Eligible Payment Method.
4. This Offer is not applicable on Gift Wrap or premium delivery charges.
5. PhonePe and Flipkart reserve the right to disqualify You from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the account.
6. PhonePe and Flipkart are NOT liable or responsible for any claim(s), dispute(s) regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability, quantity or quality of any product purchased by You on the Platform, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the seller of such product.
7. Flipkart and PhonePe do not making any commitment to make any offer beyond the Offer Period.
8. Neither PhonePe nor does Flipkart make any warranties or representation on the delivery, service, quality, quantity, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services included in the Offer. The sellers on the Platform shall be responsible for the same.
9. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a best effort basis.
10. PhonePe and Flipkart reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary these T&C or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
11. If this Offer and/or anything to be done by Flipkart or PhonePe or any other entity in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Flipkart and/ or PhonePe or any other entity, including but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government, or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of PhonePe or Flipkart, then Flipkart and/or PhonePe shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart and/or PhonePe.
12.. These T&C shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in relation to this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore only.
13. Under no circumstance will the Offer benefits be settled in cash.
14. . Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained till 22nd May 2018, Post such date, Flipkart or PhonePe will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any Customers/persons.
15. PhonePe or Flipkart shall also not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/ services under the Offer.
16 You shall indemnify and hold PhonePe and/ or Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys fee) that may be suffered by PhonePe and/ or Flipkart as a consequence of: (i) Your violation of these T&C, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) as mentioned on the Platform; (ii) Your violation of applicable laws; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
