Just keep in mind that this one is the downgraded version of the Original Zenfone Max.
Original Zenfone Max had 615 processor alongside 32gb memory.
This one comes with 410 processor alongside 16gb memory.

Actually this is the original zenfone in india atleast. As this was released first here. 615 version came very recently. Few weeks back.

Yep but having internal memory of 32gb would have sweetened the deal.

I am planning to buy Lenovo Vibe K5 which is priced at 6999….can somebody please suggest how is Asus Zenphone Max better than that apart from huge battery backup.

At 9000, this phone is bad buy. For example, Coolpad Note 3 Plus has better CPU, FHD screen, 3GB RAM, 4G+4G dual SIM. Hopefully ASUS wakes up and brings back price to 7.5-8k.

It depends person to person. I would not pay for better ui, but will rather have 2 4G connections on same phone. 720 vs 1080 doesn’t mean much to me, but may matter a lot to others. 3GB is no brainer against 2GB. I would have preferred 5000 AH, but 3500 is not bad either.

If you realy want to buy vibe k5 then go for vibe k5 plus on flipkart. It is better as it comes with fhd plus octacore snapdragon 616 processer. I got it for just Rs 7200 with citi bank offer.
