·  The minimum purchase value to avail the discount is INR 650/-
·  The Discount Offer is valid from 18/11/2016 (00:00) to 31/12/2016 (23:59) (Discount Period) excluding sale days at flipkarts discretion
·  The maximum discount that can be availed during the Discount Period is INR 100/- per Cardholder.
·  The Discount Offer is applicable only on Home, Fashion, Lifestyle & Electronic accessories Category products sold on Flipkart.com, m.flipkart.com & mApp.
·  The discount will be given only when payment is made by the Cardholder using Virtual Debit Card issued by DBS.

·  The Discount offer is valid for one transaction only.

Detailed Terms and Conditions

·  The participation is voluntary and deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
·  All liability with respect to the products purchased lies with the respective seller and Flipkart Internet Private Limited shall no way responsible for the same.
·  Discount Offer is not applicable for Card-on-delivery transactions.
·  Discount offer is not applicable on Gift Wrap or premium delivery charges.
·  Discount Offer is not applicable in case of partial payments. In case of any transaction where a customer uses Flipkart eGift Voucher (EGV) or Wallet along with the DBS Virtual Debit Card, discount will NOT be applied.
·  In case if there is an existing discount available on the purchased product on flipkart.com, Cardholder will be eligible for an additional 15% discount over and above the existing offer on flipkart.com, subject to all the other conditions being fulfilled.
·  Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer
·  Under no circumstance will the Offer be settled in cash
·  The Cardholder shall indemnify and hold the Merchant Partner harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by the Merchant Partner as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) as mentioned in the website www.flipka...om; (ii) violation of applicable laws; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the customer.
·  All the terms and conditions of the Offer as given hereof and standard terms and conditions, user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) of www.flipka...om shall be applicable on the Cardholder.
·  In case of cancellation of your order, transaction will not qualify for the Offer. If you cancel part of your order, you will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount you pay basis eligibility.
· You consent to our collection and use of your personal data and the use and disclosure of your personal data by/to third parties for the purpose of the Discount Offer.
·  DBS doesn’t guarantee or make any representation or warranty as to the services of the product or the Merchant Partner. Any dispute about the products/services must be resolved by the respective seller.
·  All liability with respect to the products purchased lies with the respective seller. Neither Merchant Partner nor DBS shall be responsible for the same.
·  All the terms and conditions of the Discount Offer as given hereof and standard terms and conditions, user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) of www.flipka...om shall apply.
·  DBS and Merchant Partner will have the final decision on all matters regarding the Discount Offer.

·  Merchant Partner and DBS have the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever to add/modify/alter or withdraw or extend or vary the terms and conditions, replace this Discount Offer by another offer or suspend the Discount Offer.
·  Products offered under this Discount Offer are subject to availability from the respective participating merchants/sellers of the Merchant Partner and accordingly DBS or the Merchant Partner in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.

·  Any query regarding the Discount Offer will be entertained only till 31/01/2017 by the Merchant Partner. Post such date, the Merchant Partner will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding the Discount Offer from any person.
·  Merchant Partner shall not be liable for any failure by DBS to honor the transaction and for any technical issues as a result of which the transaction made by the Cardholder was not successful.
·  Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on Merchant Website, are for representative purpose only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products sold by the relevant sellers. Merchant Partner shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same
·  DBS will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Discount Offer.
·  This Discount Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence in India and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
·  This Discount Offer will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
