7. 9. ACT shall ensure that the process explained in this clause is completed within 10 working days from the date of purchase confirmation by Flipkart.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
10. There will be a separate contract between You and ACT Fibernet as per the policies of ACT Fibernet in relation to Prizes and Flipkart shall not be a party to the same.
11. ACT makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to the Offer.
12. ACT undertakes not to divulge the information provided by You to any third party. It shall be used solely for the purposes of internal management, that is, Your onboarding, invoicing, service delivery etc., without this list being exhaustive.

The Arbitration shall be conducted by a single Arbitrator appointed by ACT. The Language of arbitration shall be English and the place of arbitration shall be Bangalore, India.
17. Subject to clause 11 herein above, this offer shall be governed by Laws of India and courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Issuance of this offer does not amount to endorsement of the services provided by ACT. Flipkart shall not be liable for any missed services, quality, defect or deficiency in the services provided by ACT.
19. All statutory taxes (direct or indirect, including local levies, TDS, registration fees, Insurance) on the Offer shall be payable by you. Flipkart will not be responsible / liable for the same.
