Flipkart deals are city specific and also many times user specific in addition.
So this deals are not relevant for every city or town
I agree with you . first city & pincode decides what items are at ₹1.
but if the buyer has bought 3 times before, after putting in the cart , the price increase for 1 or 2 item.
Once I was about to place an order for around ₹610(599 minimum for hyderabad)- cart beacme very high.
then i signed out and used a new account to order to the same address 
(cod order so nothing to worry- only if they knock the door -i pay at the ordered price & collect items) 
system did not increse prices for ₹1 items (i got 4 worth Rs 180 or so). system increases ₹1 items prices for repeat customers after cart gets finalised just before payment!
anyway now good bye to flipkart grocery.

For hyderabad minimum order has become 799+ shipping. It used to be ₹599.i have ordered many times before. now all ₹1 item has become smaller in quantity. the benefits is hardly 80-100.+ have to pay additional shipping . not ordering any more. possible for delhi minimum order is 599 .
Grofers put ₹100 in wallet yesterday for a un used account. yesterday ordered 510 ₹ worth stuff & paid ₹410 COD on deliverey just now. (next day free delivery above ₹500) flipkart jumla story wont work in grocery when 3 established online players are levelling the competion (amazon/bigbasket,grofers)
