TERMS & CONDITIONS

I. This promotion is exclusively designed for end consumers who buy Bluestar water purifier from participating outlets during the offer period [11’ August 2018 to 3

October 20 18 (both days inclusive)]. For sake of brevity customers are hereinafter referred to as “customers/you/your/his/her”.

2. Water purifiers are also available without this offer. Participation to the program is purely voluntary. By participation in the program, it is deemed that you have accepted terms and conditions mentioned herewith.

3. Customer can redeem three couple movie tickets (One couple movie ticket once a month for three months) at cinemas listed on redemption website www.getyourrew...in . The details of participating cinemas can be reviewed post registration on the website.

4. The tickets must be redeemed on or before 31st March 2019 or within 5 months of purchase (invoice date) whichever is earlier.

5. Each couple movie voucher can be redeemed only once in a month. There has to be a minimum gap of 30 days between two consecutive redemption requests.

6. To redeem the benefits of the offer the customer is required to follow the steps as explained in redemption process.

7. Movie ticket can only be redeemed by the person on whose name bill is issued. In case if billing is in name of business entity the person redeeming should give valid proofs to prove his association.

8. The offer entitles for movie ticket for a couple (two tickets) only which is inclusive of entertainment tax and convenience charges. Any other expenses incurred by user other than cost of ticket are to be paid directly and neither Promotion coordinator nor any Participating Outlet can be held liable for the same.

9. In the event of avalid holder of this redemption voucher not claiming benefits on or before 31" March 2019 (Validity) or within 5 months of purchase no claim or adjustment will be entertained later. This is a purely redemption based scheme wherein user must claim to avail benefits.

10. Promotion coordinator shall send the details of movie ticket to the customer registered mobile number only, Movie tickets will be sent minimum 4 hours before the show time requested. In case of non-receipt of any communication, the user may directly contact Promotion coordinator at their below mentioned contact number. I

I. The redemption request must be for a movie show to be started minimum after 24 hours from submission of request. Redemption requests cannot be submitted on Sundays, National holidays and between 8 PM to 8 AM on all days.

12. In an event the requested movie slot though available at the time of submission of request gets sold out, Promotion coordinator reserves the right to call the user to ask for alternate date, time or movie hall. Any such adjustments will be considered as complete & no additional compensation will be offered.

13. Promotion coordinator holds the right to disqualify any redemption claim found to be fraudulent. All redemption claims will be checked for their authenticity/accuracy of actual purchase from participating outlet.

14. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Chandigarh Courts alone.
