Same in Delhi, I thought it might be cause I’m porting out but tried on another number, same error.
I don’t know about prepaid but I got 1 gb 4g on Vodafone postpaid. I upgraded to 4g sim last month on 28th and got 1gb 4g for 1 month. I’m from Noida.
