Here freecharge is the culrpit, they havent refunded for most of the customers yet (Even i didnt get my refund – payment via ICICI debit)
FC simply escaped saying we didn’t receive payment from your bank 
Payzapp says transaction is successful (as mentioned in the above mail screenshot) I think the main culprit is PayU (payment gateway) It should have reversed the transaction after failure.
Now the bad thing is there is no transaction id/reference number generated at FC end.The only thing I have is payment deduction screenshot at payzapp & error screenshot during payment.I don’t know how PayU will help using these 2 things

its settlement norms by visa/mastercard bro. and it usually takes that much time if an error occurrs.
