Guys be careful before adding money. Now bank withdrawals are failing repeatedly. So we will be struck with 2k,3k in freecharge balance which we can’t use it other than bills and snapdeal purchases. Go card is not working on any websites.

25 for 1000 in two accounts. Transferred 1000 from B to A. Paid 25 bill from B. Will withdraw 2000 from A after 7 days, then pay bill 25. Zero balance. Only money added can be transferred to bank.
I did it last month. Only CB cannot be transferred anywhere. Not sure if they changed the rule this month. I will try next Saturday and confirm.
Withdrew balance to bank successfully. Only CB cannot be withdrawn. Money transferred from other accounts can be withdrawn.
