The offer is only for those with freecharge accounts linked to brick and mortar banks. Wont work if either party has an online account like paytm bank etc.. Pretty useless offer unless you just want to test and see if it works, The first time I did it, the money was stuck for over 4 days. Then one day it showed up with original time and date like magic. But I know the transaction was not there for the previous 4 days and only showed processing while money was deducted.
