does that mean if have paid XYZ meter bill with ICICI internet banking then u are not eligible for cb for that XYZ meter .?
They mention so many conditions each time such as not valid on Airtel, but it works every time.
I tried paying my Airtel Landline which I paid during last months as well and coupon code got applied.
You can also confirm by applying the coupon. Once the coupon code gets applied other T&C do not matter

No. Only MTNL and Airtel landline supported (under “Landline Biller” category) currently!!
