How to can anyone explain how this works? Is it same as visa dc/cc swipe machine?

It will work like this.
1- you will tell the petrol wala that m.paying via freecharge. He will select the freecharge option in his POS machine, and put your mobile number with amount.
2- you will receive one otp on your registered number , enter that in machine.
3- successful payment receipt will print.
4- you will get max 25 cashback on petrol of 250.
