Icici ka kuch milta nai hai. When you send the mail to customer care if not received, they ask you to send them the screenshot of email communication. Then they will say that this was a user specific offer and valid only if you got email communication.
Same with axia 
Not sure for every one… It is applicable only for first 200 transactions..
