For me also 100 cb pending in two accounts.
Raised tickets with them, now they asking vcc card number and expiry date. How to I get these details.

I think the offer is no more coz the banner is not visible any more
avoid oxigen. pathetic service among all wallets. if you register once with a number and later port that number to some other operator – you won’t get OTP from oxigen. They could not solve the issue in 2 months.

Call CC using JIO 
they will credit within 15 days.
For all of them having problem with Oxigen CB, call their CC otherwise your queries will not be replied if you have raised a ticket using their in app support.

I havnt got refund of failed transaction from oxi prepaid card. Sent email so many times to cc and nodal. Spoken to nodal officer too. Finally he told me refund will be done on 31st day of failed transaction.
Nodal guy told me there are a lot of failed transaction which are pending for refund.
Better to avoid as refund is a pain nowadays.
