Any options to encash payback points. Mobikwik has made restrictions on redemption of 100 points per month
Payback points can be redeemed for Amazon vouchers at mygyftr.com and for purchases on ebay, bookmyshow, HP petrol pumps, oxigen wallet etc. However best option is to use at Big Bazaar for Grocery if available nearby.
Payback most likely won’t credit the points for big bazaar bonus offers. Wait for a week and raise a ticket with the transaction number (payback shows regular points credit for the big bazaar transaction). Attach the offer screenshot along with the big bazaar receipt and wait for another 15 days for points to be credited.

Any body provide me the screen shot of msg payback said u r not eligible for that offer. Even i receive the message from payback(unfortunately i deleted the msg). Any other way to convince payback to credit points
