discretion), without any prior notice and without any liability.
 Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, purchases any product(s) (each a
“Product”, and collectively “Products”) in Amazon Pantry Store on Amazon.in
(https://www.amazon.in/pantry-online-grocery-sho...) and makes
payment using a Card shall be entitled to receive an instant discount of 15% provided that such transaction
is equivalent to or exceeds INR 1,500 on a per transaction basis.
 The maximum discount provided under this Offer will not exceed INR 500 per Card per Weekend.
 The Offer is NOT applicable on payment made by customers using the ‘Card on Delivery’ payment option.
 The purchase of Product by Cardholders on equated monthly instalments (EMI) will also eligible for this
Offer.
 This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancel the order and/or the
Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn.
In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the
instant discount will not be refunded.
Amazon and/or the Bank reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if
any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the
said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
 Amazon and/ or the Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any
reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace,
wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw
it altogether.
 Delinquent and over-limit Bank’s credit card members will not qualify for this Offer.
 Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the
Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
 Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other
offers.
 The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein will prejudice or affect the terms
and conditions of the Card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes will be in addition to and
not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card member agreement.
 This Offer is not valid on corporate or commercial Cards.
 This Offer is not available on: (i) purchase of products other than the Product(s), or (ii) purchase of Product
using a card other than the Card(s).
 By participating in this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agrees that Bank and Amazon will not be liable
or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in
connection with the Offer including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or delivery or
misuse of the Product(s). Bank shall not be liable for delivery, service, suitability, availability or quality of
the products offered under this offer.
 These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive
jurisdiction over any matters/ disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
 Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
Standard Terms and Conditions:
 The offer is NOT applicable on Corporate Credit cards and NRE Debit Cards
 Offer is not applicable on payments made through 3rd party wallets, gift card, COD, Pay Pal and net
banking payments.
 Products and services are subject to availability.
 For any card related claims/ issues, the customer shall approach Axis Bank and Amazon shall not
entertain any such claims.
 The Customer cannot club any other offers along with this offer. The Offer cannot be transferred/
assigned to any other person or Customer.
In case of full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for discount.
 In case of partial/full cancellation, offer stand void if the revised booking amount is not eligible for
discount. If the revised transaction amount is still eligible for discount, then it will be appropriately
reduced basis transaction amount.
 Amazon will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the Offer by the
Customer or the claim is not eligible under the offer.
 Axis Bank and Amazon reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any
reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace,
wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or
withdraw it altogether.
 In no event, the entire liability of Axis Bank and Amazon to a Customer, entitled under the said Offer, for
any dispute arising in connection with this Offer, shall exceed the discount amount.
 The T&Cs of this Offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in
connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in
Mumbai.
 Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the Offer
and/or products/services under the Offer must be addressed in writing, by the Customers directly to
Amazon and that Axis Bank shall not entertain any communication in this regard.
 Axis Bank and Amazon shall in no way be liable if any Customer is unable to login to Amazon due to
incompatibility of device, internet usage plans, or any other reason whatsoever.
 The Offer is valid only if the Customer’s card account continues to be in good standing and payment
continues to reach Axis Bank before the payment due date.
 Parties, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors,
shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal
injury that may be suffered or incurred, by the Customers, directly or indirectly, as a result of
participating in the Offer or by the use or non-use, acceptance or decline or suitability or effectiveness
of the services pertaining to the Offer.
 If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Axis Bank or Amazon in respect of the Offer is prevented or
delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Axis Bank or Amazon, including but
not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical
failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or
other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of other entity/ies, then Axis Bank
and/or Amazon shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be
liable for any consequences.
 All Customer Queries/dispute on the offer should be raised during the offer period or within 90 days
after expiry of the promotion period. For any disputes, the customer needs to furnish a scanned copy of
the charge slip and Invoice for the case to be taken for further investigation.
