Bought a printer from the Epsonshop (its a third party distributor, officially working for Epson), and the service was good. Printer shipped after 1.5 day of placing the order and after shipment received at my city within 12 hours.
Installation and demo were as expected and done in 24 hrs.
Customer support at Epsonshop is responsive and responds within 1-2 days times.
