I think payzapp is expired.
I have still NOT received any cashback for the Payzapp transactions happended through SMARTbuy on Mar-2019 (Value=9999/-), Apr-2019 (Value=9999/-)…
For this thing I have been contacting payzapp support,
First email response is provide my personal details for verification – 1 day
Second day, they replied saying me to contact [email protected] – 1 day
Third day, smartbuy team replied me to contact [email protected] – 1 day
Now I wrote to HDFC, yet to get response. At the first place, the advertisement shown on payzapp means, payzapp should be fully responsible.
It seems very risky to use payzapp, someone please suggest how to get cashback. If this offer was not there, I would not have shopped anything.
These (fake) offeres provoked me to buy some useless things (mobile) which is not actually needed at that time
I strongly recommend to say away from payzapp
