Croma Offer – Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) under an arrangement with Infiniti Retail Ltd (“Croma”) and any participation in the said offer is voluntary.
2. The offer is applicable to existing and new valid Resident HSBC Debit and Credit Cardholders, excluding Corporate Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as ‘Cardholders’). Credit Cardholders who have not repaid their minimum payment due within 30 days of their payment due date as mentioned on the credit card statement, will not be eligible for the offer.
3. During the period 28 April 2017 to 1 May 2017 (both dates included) (‘Offer Period’), Cardholders on using their valid HSBC Debit or Credit Card (‘Card’) at Croma stores in India or online at Croma.com (please copy the link on your browser to access the website) to avail of the offer will be entitled to 5% cash back (upto INR1,000 per card account) on a minimum single purchase transaction of INR12,000 (“Offer”).
4. HSBC Debit Cards and Credit Cards held by the same customer will be eligible for the Offer separately on each Card (i.e Maximum cash back of INR1,000 each on HSBC Debit and Credit card). Add-on Credit cardholders will not have separate offer eligibility.
5. Multiple card transactions adding up to INR12,000 during the offer period will not be eligible for the Offer. However, multiple items adding up to INR12,000 included in a single bill will be eligible for the Offer. The Offer is not applicable on purchase of vouchers.
6. The cashback will be credited to cardholder’s account within 45 days from the end of the offer period i.e 15 June 2017
7. The cash back is over and above any other discount that may be offered by Croma during the Offer Period.
8. The cashback is applicable on EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) transactions done using a valid HSBC Credit Card
