My landlord doesn’t accept payment to his bank account. He demands cash. Can I use Nobroker and pay to my friend and again transfer it back to my account.? Will there be any issues?
I have done this couple of years back. Initial few times it went fine, but one time they kept hold on money and didn’t release it. And asked for Rent agreement.
So its risky, still you can try but try with smaller amount like 5-10k only.
