I would recommend all dimer to use pradhan mantri ayush kendra for medicine.You get medicine at best price.
Yesterday price on pharm easy for 1 month medicine was 2000….got them only for Rs330 with some of them from same brands.

Check who is manufacturing these med. Most of med. Manufactured by akums a well known pharma company

Not all.medicines have generic brand available at cheaper rate..try to take example of Amaryl M2, Levipil, Lacosam tablets..cheaper alternative are less than 10-20 Rs not dirt cheap..
