1. What is the Offer?
The Offer is Rs 50 Instant Discount on select range of products sold on Flipkart Platform upon paying through ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ for the first time (only available to customers of ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ product available on Android, iOS, Desktop, mSite also known as “Buy Now Pay Later” from 29th September 2019 00:00 hrs to 4th October 2019 23:59 hrs. For Flipkart Plus members, the sale will begin from 20:00 Hours, 28th September 2019.

2. What is the eligibility for availing the offer? Is there a minimum cart value required?
Flipkart Pay Later is only available to select customers and only those approved customers (eKYC required) can avail the offer subjected to Terms and Conditions of Flipkart Pay Later product. The offer is valid on select range of products sold on Flipkart Platform upon paying by ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ checkout option. The minimum cart value is Rs 300 with maximum discount which can be availed stands at Rs 50. Only applicable on first transaction for new customers of ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ product.

3. How do I check if a product is an Eligible Product?

• Offer is applicable only for the customers of ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ product and only for new customers on their first transaction. Please check if the offer is listed on the product page, before making the purchase.
• The offer is not applicable on purchase of Mobiles/Smartphones on Flipkart Platform. For complete list of exclusions, please refer to the detailed Terms and Conditions.

4. Can I avail this offer more than once?
No. It is available for only 1 (one) transaction for new customers of ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ product who has been approved after finishing their application process (eKYC required).

5. Will I get the offer if I pay through Flipkart Gift Card partially?
Discount is only valid if full transaction is made through ‘Flipkart Pay Later’. It will not apply in case of partial payment through Flipkart Gift Card.

6. Will I get the offer if I pay using Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking or via PhonePe?
No, offer is exclusive to ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ only.

7. Is there a cap on the maximum discount value that can be availed via this offer?
Yes, maximum instant discount which can be availed is Rs 50.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRELIMINARY

1. This offer (“Offer”) is being run by Flipkart Advanz Private Limited (“FAPL”) on www.flipka...om, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”). It is open only to new customers of the Flipkart Pay Later facility (“Pay Later”) & residents of India (“Customers”).
2. By participating in this Offer (defined below), Customers agree to be bound by:
a. these terms and conditions (“T&C”);
b. the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-v...er) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Website; and
c. all applicable terms and conditions of FAPL and its partner financial institutions.

3. This Offer will not be applicable on the following:

• Infant milk substitutes, feeding bottles or infant foods. • Flipkart Gift Vouchers • Purchase of Gold and Silver coins • Recharges

3. Offer is valid from 29th September 2019 00:00 hrs to 4th October 2019 23:59 hrs. For Flipkart Plus members, the sale will begin from 20:00 Hours, 28th September 2019 (each, the “Offer Period”).
4. To be eligible for this Offer, new Customers must purchase from a select range of products sold on the Platform (“Product/s”)
5. Under this Offer, Customers can avail an instant discount of Rs 50 on their first transaction using Pay Later facility on the price of a Product when purchased using the Pay Later checkout option.
6. There is a requirement of a minimum transaction value which is Rs 300 to avail this Offer in conjunction with all terms and conditions being fulfilled.
7. There is a cap on the maximum instant discount value which is Rs 50 that can be availed via this offer.
8. There is a limit to number of transactions which is 1 (one) up to which this offer is applied. The Offer cannot be applied on multiple orders during the Offer Period.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

9. In case of partial payment made using Flipkart Gift Card/ Wallet, instant discount will not be valid.
10. In case of cancellations, Customer will not be eligible for this Offer. If Customer cancels part of the order, they will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount paid, basis eligibility.
11. Delinquent and over-limit Customer will not qualify for this Offer. Flipkart or FAPL do not endorse the Products and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of the Products, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the sellers on the Platform.
12. Pictures of Products shown in the communication sent either through mailers or displayed on the Platform, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the Products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
13. Sale of Products on the Platform is subject to availability with the sellers and accordingly Flipkart or FAPL in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the Products.
14. Under no circumstance will the discount being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart, FAPL or the sellers.
15. FAPL reserves the right to disqualify respective Customer(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of Flipkart Pay Later.
16. Flipkart or FAPL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by the sellers and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of the sellers and without reference to Flipkart.
17. All relevant Levies etc. shall be payable by the Customer as applicable at the time the respective Offers were offered.
18. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority including but not limited to financing partner of Flipkart Pay Later
19. This Offer shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts in Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Offer.
20. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a best effort basis.
21. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till October 30th, 2019. Post such date, Flipkart or FAPL will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer from any persons.
22. FAPL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether. These T&C shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
23. FAPL, Flipkart or the sellers shall not be liable for any failure by Pay Later financing partner to honor the transaction and for any technical issues as a result of which the transaction made by the Customer was not successful.
24. The Customer shall indemnify and hold FAPL, Flipkart and its sellers harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by such Seller as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) as mentioned on the Platform; (ii) violation of applicable laws; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Customer.
25. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
