The Offer is Rs 50 Instant Discount on select range of products sold on Flipkart Platform upon paying through ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ for the first time also known as “Buy Now Pay Later” from 17th January 2020 00:00 hrs to 31st January 2020 23:59 hrs (Offer period).

2. What is the eligibility for availing the offer? Is there a minimum cart value required?
*Offer is applicable only for the customers of ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ making their first transaction using “Flipkart Pay Later” during the offer period on Flipkart Platform.
*The offer is valid on a select range of products sold on the Flipkart Platform.
The minimum cart value is Rs 300 with maximum discount which can be availed stands at Rs 50.

3. How do I check if a product is an Eligible Product?
Offer will be listed on the product page, please check before making the purchase.

4. Can I avail this offer more than once?
No. It is available only on the first eligible trasantion.
In case of cancellation/return of the order, offer stands invalid.

5. Will I get the offer if I pay through Flipkart Gift Card partially?
Discount is only valid if full transaction is made through ‘Flipkart Pay Later’. It will not apply in case of partial payment through the Flipkart Gift Card.

6. Will I get the offer if I pay using Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking or via PhonePe?
No, the offer is exclusive to ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ only.

7. Is there a cap on the maximum discount value that can be availed via this offer?
Yes, the maximum instant discount which can be availed is Rs 50.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRELIMINARY

1. This offer (“Offer”) is being run by Flipkart Advanz Private Limited (“FAPL”) on www.flipka...om, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”). It is open only to new customers of the Flipkart Pay Later facility (“Pay Later”) & residents of India (“Customers”).
2. By participating in this Offer (defined below), Customers agree to be bound by:
a. these terms and conditions (“T&C”);
b. the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-v...er) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Website; and
c. all applicable terms and conditions of FAPL and its partner financial institutions.

3. To be eligible for this Offer, a Customer must purchase from a range of products sold on the Flipkart Platform using the Flipkart Pay Later option for the first time between 00:00 hrs on 17th January 2020 and 23:59 hrs on 31st January (“Offer Eligibility Criteria”)
4. Upon fulfilling the Offer Eligibility Criteria, subject to these terms and conditions, eligible Customers can avail an instant discount of INR 50 on their purchase of a range of products sold on Flipkart Platform when purchased using the Flipkart Pay Later checkout option.
5.There is a requirement of a minimum transaction value which is Rs 300 to avail this Offer in conjunction with all terms and conditions being fulfilled.
6. There is a limit to the number of transactions which is 1 (one) up to which this Offer is applied. It can’t be applied on multiple orders during the Offer Period.
7. Customers will not be eligible for the Offer if their application for Pay Later is not approved by FAPL’s financing partner(s).
8. Offer will not be applicable on-

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

8. In case of partial payment made using the Flipkart Gift Card/ Wallet, instant discount will not be valid.
9. In case of cancellations, Customer will not be eligible for this Offer. If Customer cancels part of the order, they will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount paid, basis eligibility.
10. Delinquent and over-limit Customer will not qualify for this Offer. Flipkart or FAPL do not endorse the Products and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of the Products, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the sellers on the Platform.
11. Pictures of Products shown in the communication sent either through mailers or displayed on the Platform, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the Products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
12. Sale of Products on the Platform is subject to availability with the sellers and accordingly Flipkart or FAPL in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the Products.
13. Under no circumstance will the discount being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart, FAPL or the sellers.
14. FAPL reserves the right to disqualify respective Customer(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of Flipkart Pay Later.
15. Flipkart or FAPL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by the sellers and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of the sellers and without reference to Flipkart.
16. All relevant Levies etc. shall be payable by the Customer as applicable at the time the respective Offers were offered.
17. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority including but not limited to financing partner of Flipkart Pay Later
18. This Offer shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts in Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Offer.
19. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a best effort basis.
20. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 29th February ,2020. Post such a date, Flipkart or FAPL will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer from any persons.
21. FAPL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether. These T&C shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
22. FAPL, Flipkart or the sellers shall not be liable for any failure by Pay Later financing partner to honor the transaction and for any technical issues as a result of which the transaction made by the Customer was not successful.
23. The Customer shall indemnify and hold FAPL, Flipkart and its sellers harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by such Seller as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) as mentioned on the Platform; (ii) violation of applicable laws; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Customer.
24. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
