The customer will receive 90% (max. Rs 5,000) cashback on international hotel bookings only on Citibank credit and debit cards.The International Hotels offer can be availed only once per card every Friday and Saturday during the Offer Period, i.e. can be availed for only one booking between 1st & 2nd July, 2016; only one booking between 8th & 9th July, 2016; only one booking between 15th & 16th July, 2016; only one booking between 22nd & 23rd July, 2016; only one booking between 29th & 30th July, 2016; only one booking between 5th & 6th August, 2016 and only one booking between 12th & 13th August, 2016.The cashback will be calculated on the card paid amount only.

How do you get it

To avail the offer, customer must enter E-Coupon CITISUPER in the E-Coupon field.This offer is valid for hotel check outs till 15th December’16.The offer is valid for bookings made on MakeMyTrip’s Android & iOS App and website.

What else do you need to know

Offer is valid on select hotels only.Offer is applicable on a minimum transaction value of Rs 5,000 (base price exclusive of taxes).The Offer is only valid on bookings made using Citibank Credit and Debit cards issued in India.For this offer, User cannot pay through EMI, My Wallet, pay at hotel, Gift Cards, Payback points, Net banking.Part payment not allowed.The Cash Back amount will be credited to the customers’ card account within 60 days of the date of the booking.

Conditions in case of cancellation

In case of full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for cashback.If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cashback amount from the wallet and cancellation charges shall apply. In the event the cashback amount credited to the wallet has already been utilized by the customer, the said cashback amount shall be deducted from the refund amount along with the applicable cancellation charges.In case of partial cancellation, offer stand void if the revised booking amount is not eligible for cashback. If the revised booking amount is still eligible for cashback, then it will be appropriately reduced basis booking amount.

Other T&Cs

A customer can make max 3 bookings in a day and 5 bookings in 30 days using any offer code on international hotel bookings, in case the customer has already made 5 international hotel bookings in the last 30 days, he will not be able to use CITISUPER at all on international hotels only.In case the customer has already made 5 bookings in the last 30 days, he will not be able to use CITISUPER at all.The Offer is only valid on bookings made using Citibank Credit and Debit cards issued in India.This Offer is NOT applicable on Citibank corporate credit cards.Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards.If the Cardholder doesn’t receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount.Additional cashback offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by the bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by the Bank to MakeMyTrip, then the cardholder shall approach the Bank and MakeMyTrip shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer.This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip.PAYBACK points will not be credited for transactions where E-Coupon or Deal Code has been applied.PAYBACK points will not be credited for payments made through cards eligible for Citibank Accelerated Rewards Program.Citibank Accelerated Reward points will be calculated on the amount arrived at after deduction of the cashback amount from the booking amount.
