Offer related Terms & Conditions:

1. This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and in association with Cleartrip Private Limited (“Cleartrip”), and any participation in the said offer is voluntary. This offer is applicable to select Resident HSBC Platinum, Advance Platinum, Co-branded MakeMyTrip Platinum and Signature Credit Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as the “Cardholder”) to whom this communication is addressed. Add-on credit Cardholders will not have separate offer eligibility.
2. Credit Cardholders who have not repaid their minimum payment due within 30 days of their payment due date as mentioned on the Credit Card statement, will not be eligible for the offer.
3. This offer is valid from 25 January 2017 to 10 March 2017 (both dates inclusive). (“Offer Period”)
4. Under this offer the Cardholder will be entitled to a Cleartrip Return Flights “Instant Savings” e-voucher (hereinafter referred to as “Cleartrip e-voucher”) of amount INR1000 upon using his/her HSBC Credit Card (including add-on card, if any), for making a minimum of 5 purchase transactions totaling to a INR25,000 or more as mentioned in the offer section of this communication during the offer period (“Offer”).
5. Cash advances, any fees/charges, cancelled, reversed and disputed transactions will not be eligible for this Offer.
6. The total value of purchase transactions will be calculated including add-on cards (if any) linked to the Primary Credit Card account eligible for the Offer.
7. If a Cardholder has multiple Cards, then the Offer is valid for all Cards individually. Transactions on multiple Cards will not be combined.
8. The Cleartrip e-voucher will be sent to the Cardholder by 15 May 2017 via SMS to the registered mobile number. In the absence of mobile number, the Cleartrip e-voucher will be sent to the registered email ID. Only in the absence of both mobile number and email ID, the Cleartrip e-voucher will be sent via physical letters to the registered communication address.
9. Each unique Cleartrip e-voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of the communication (date of dispatch in case of SMS/Email/physical letter) with Coupon code, and can be used only once within this validity period.
10. The Cleartrip e-vouchers can be redeemed on the website Cleartrip.com (or the Cleartrip Mobile app). Usage of Cleartrip e-vouchers will be subject to Cleartrip terms and conditions. For detailed terms and conditions on the usage of the Cleartrip e-vouchers please refer to the e-vouchers that will be sent to you after the Offer Period.
11. To avail of the Offer, the Cardholder must use the applicable Coupon code when booking on the Cleartrip website (or mobile app). In case the value of purchases on the website Cleartrip.com (or Cleartrip mobile app) exceeds the value of the Cleartrip e-voucher, the balance payment needs to be made using a valid HSBC Credit Card. If the coupon code is not entered correctly then the transaction will not be eligible for the discount.
12. Multiple Cleartrip e-vouchers cannot be combined in a single transaction and a single Cleartrip e-voucher cannot be split across multiple transactions.
13. Cardholders assume ownership of the Cleartrip e-voucher once the same is communicated to him/her.
14. The Cleartrip e-voucher cannot be combined with any other existing or new offer.
