I didnt added any code at Payment page, still I was able to see 100 Cashback
Actually, code is GET10BACK, automatically applies
That doesnt look like a coupon code, rather its the offer name code for internal use by amazon

APAYOFFER10 is working in 2 out of my 4 IDs. So it is likely user specific.
