Description. Prime Campus Ambassador (“Program”/ “Competition”) is a program that offers college students an opportunity to present and execute a marketing plan for Amazon Prime in their campuses. It is an opportunity not only to execute a live program but one to learn from the mentoring of Amazon and get a monthly prize amount and an experience certificate for their efforts. Additionally, all ambassadors stand to win performance-based incentives. Top performing ambassadors will receive a custom letter of recommendation for their exceptional contribution during their tenure.

Program initiative. The Program/Competition (Program for Delhi and Competition for Bangalore) is initiated by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) having its office at 8th Floor 26/1, Brigade Gateway World Trade Center Dr. Rajkumar Road Malleswaram West, Bangalore 560055. The Program is managed and implemented by Pulp Strategy Communications Pvt. Ltd. (“Pulp Strategy”) having its office at 48, 1st Floor, Okhla Phase 3, Delhi 110020. Amazon and Pulp Strategy will henceforth for the purpose of these terms and conditions be referred to as the “Program Management Team”.

Binding Agreement. To enter the Program, students of each institution must agree to these Official Rules/ terms and conditions on this page (“Rules”). Because these rules form a legally binding agreement with respect to this Program, please read them carefully. If the student does not agree to the rules, the student shall not be eligible for participation in the Program/Competition.

Eligibility. To be eligible for the Program/Competition, below is the eligibility criteria:

Applicant must be more than 18 years of age
Applicant must be a full-time student of one of the specified courses in the specified colleges/ institutions, which have been invited and finalized to participate in the Program
The Program is by invitation only
Employees, interns, contractors as well as their immediate families, of Amazon and Pulp Strategy, or their respective its affiliates, and any representatives or agencies of Amazon and Pulp Strategy or other persons professionally connected with Amazon and Pulp Strategy are not eligible to participate in the Program
The Program Management Team may invite additional campuses to the Program as they deem fit

Registration. Students must apply/register using the online application link – accessible via www.amazonprimeambassador.in/Delhiand www.amazonprimeambassador.in/bangalore. The Program Management Team will not accept registration requests received through any other route. The closing date for applications is January 26th, 2019 midnight (IST).

Application stage. The applications stage will open from January 16, 2019, and the closing date for the fill-up applications is January 26, 2019 midnight (IST). The Program Management Team reserves the right to modify/amend the application dates without any prior notification.

Stages in the Program (Criteria):

Delhi -
Round 1Online application stage > Evaluation and selection of top 5 students
Round 2-Telephonic interview > Amazon Prime Campus Ambassador selection

Bangalore –
Round 1-Online Registration > Evaluation and selection of top 5 students
Round 2-Marketing case submission > Evaluation and selection
Round 3-Interview > Amazon Prime Campus Ambassador selection

I. Marketing case (Applicable for participating students in Bangalore)-

All the case will be submitted in a power point presentation format. The Program Management Team will provide the template for submission
All case studies and presentations will be uploaded by the participating students on the Program website as per the instructions of submission
All submissions will need to adhere to the format and template provided to qualify as a valid submission

II. The winners of the Program, i.e. one student per campus, will be designated as the Amazon Prime Campus Ambassador for the campus in this Program duration.
