I too hold HDFC CC for many years but never got their spend based offer on email!
But did you try w/o getting email? And if yes, did it work for you in terms of actually getting the cb w/o getting email?
btw, may be somehow your email id has got unsubscribed from their mailing list or database… else they do send too many mails..useful or not is separate issue:)

I spend lot on Hdfc, so never get good offers like this. Even if it comes, target would be too high to achieve. So stop using HDFC card and see the offer flowing from hdfc.
