Guys.. i have ordered fasttag from paytm.. and delivery date was 28 nov and still showing ready to be shipped.. twitted many times.. what can i do? Any suggestions?

Edit : I rechecked my order status and it’s automatically cancelled by Paytm. Order was placed on 24th Nov
Me too facing the same issue from Axis bank. I placed the order on 4th Dec and still not received the tag. I contacted them and they are telling the delay is due to huge demand and I will get it in another 2 to 3 days.

While ordering FasTag from paytm, it only asks for vehicle RC, whereas ordering it through banks, it asks for owner’s photo and id proof as well. It is confusing. Isn’t it then better to order through paytm as you need to upload fewer documents ? Someone please clear this doubt.
