simply ridiculous…. how did this become FPD? No cash back…Offer only on vegetables…That also overpriced…Much cheaper in local market

10% off in EVERYTHING including products that are on MRP and never discounted in local market. This post was REMOVED from FPD

Yep i do agree with the fact that deals should be promoted only after thorough verification and comparison with the previous best deals from the same category segment
But again mistakes do happen and dimers are the judges here (My assumption – If OP is rooting for an FPD and its not a good deal according to dimers then nothing happens right? )
And regarding FPD, credits, demotivation, i dont believe in this, not even a bit

Let’s consider, amazon-moto turbo thing
Most of us purchased the item but amazon disappointed us by cancelling the order saying its a glitch
We all know its a error and amazon wont offer 7500 discount for that device, so is it ethical to say we are very right on our part and amazon should deliver the mobile at any cost?
Similarly, when we post deals here, based on the response we can assume that the deal is good/bad/average
But if a deal gets promoted with minimal response, then the first thing that comes to our mind is that we got lucky with this deal
and in my opinion luck n demotivation doesnt sync
I am glad that admins started doing this

May be because, there are no details mentioned here in this thread regarding max discount/cashback
Even the deal image was updated after it got promoted to FP

and may be there are super admins like super moderators who review the FPD’s some time later
I dont think there will be a war among them, if there is such then someone should be giving up that admin post

If u see, only 2 suggestion was made when it become fpd. 3rd suggestion came after FPD →> Generally 4-5 or more suggestion they consider for other deal for FPD.
2nd thing, i already mentioned in this thread, it won’t be FPD mentioning yesterday “FPD withdrawn on grofers deal”

I also too agree, Good deal only should be promoted whether i post or newbie post or senior dimer post.
But u had seen in past, how things went.

This was the Main reason, i stopped posting any deal. Even i know i use it but i won’t post immediately.
When no one post then only i post.
Anyway hope admin/moderator do something on this.

One thing which we also have to look out for is “repeating” offers… If a merchant starts giving 10% or 15% off almost everyday, then there is nothing unique/FPD about it…

If there is no discounts for long time and discounting dry up, and that same merchant comes up with 10%, it would be promoted…

All I am trying to say that there are no set of rules which we can play by… If 10% on grocery is available is almost available everyday, would you be really interested to see it on Home page?
