• Offer is valid for all bookings made between 28th Nov ’19 to 3rd Dec ‘19 for check-ins between 21st Dec ‘19 to 5th Jan ‘20
• Booking made with this coupon cannot be modified
• Offer is applicable on limited properties
• The bookmyshow voucher codes will be shared over email and SMS by 7th Dec ’19 along with instructions on how to redeem
• Tickets can be booked Mon – Fri all day all shows and Sat-Sun till 2:55 PM
• Winpin Vouchers can be redeemed only on bookmyshow Website/Mobile App and cannot be redeemed directly at the Cinema/Venue Box Office
• The customer will have to send the Temp Code vide SMS to bookmyshow to activate the Winpin Voucher. Upon receipt of the Temp Code, bookmyshow will send a voucher code to the customer on the same mobile number. The customer will not be able to use the voucher if he/she fails to activate it within the validity of the Temp Code.
• The validity of the Temp Code will be 45 days
• Winpin Vouchers are valid for 30 days post activation through Temp Code mechanism mentioned above
• Winpin Vouchers can be used only once within the validity period

• What happens in case of refund/cancellation of my transaction?
• If booking is cancelled up to 7 days prior of the check-in date, the following charges apply:
• If room tariff is less than ₹1000, 30% cancellation charges are applicable
• If room tariff is between ₹1000 – ₹2000, 20% cancellation charges are applicable
• If room tariff is greater than ₹2000, 10% cancellation charges are applicable
• If booking is cancelled within 7 days prior of the check-in date, the following charges apply:
• If room tariff is less than ₹1000, no refund applicable
• If room tariff is greater than ₹2000, 10% cancellation charges are applicable

• Offer is applicable on both iOS and Android devices
