3. “Offer Period”: Valid till 30th November 2018
4. Each User is entitled to 50 (Fifty) Niki Credits for the first transaction ever on the Merchant Site while using ePayLater, if the transaction value is of a minimum value of Rs 300 (Three Hundred Rupees) (“First Eligible Transactions”).
5. Each User is entitled to 50 (Fifty) Niki Credits for the second transaction ever on the Merchant Site while using ePayLater, if the transaction value is of a minimum value of Rs 300 (Three Hundred Rupees) (“Second Eligible Transactions”)
6. Each User is entitled to 50 (Fifty) Niki Credits for the third transaction ever on the Merchant Site while using ePayLater, if the transaction value is of a minimum value of Rs 300 (Three Hundred Rupees) (“Third Eligible Transactions”)
7. All offers provided herein are only available for transactions completed on www.n...ai (“Merchant Site”) using ePayLater during check-out.
8. The offer is valid for all Niki users.
9. The Niki credits will be credited to your Niki account within 3-4 working days post a successful eligible transaction on Niki.
10. The credit amount can be redeemed in subsequent orders on services of Niki (50% of transaction amount for Elite users and 25% for the remaining users)
11. The credits earned cannot be enacted in cash. It can only be used for transactions on Niki in cases where Niki accepts payment on the Niki App
12. In the event the User’s transaction on on Niki while using ePayLater has been cancelled, reversed or declined by either the User, Merchant Partner or AFPL then it will not be construed to be an Eligible Transaction.

    The standard terms of usage of ePayLater as available on the website www.epaylater.in shall also be applicable to all transactions conducted by the Users.
