Detailed Terms and Conditions:

This offer (“Offer”) is open for customers (“Customers”) booking IndiGo flights only through IndiGo’s website (www.goind...in) or mobile app (“Booking”) of InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”), at any time between 00:00 hours on 18 April , 2018 to 23:59 hours on 21 April, 2018 (“Offer Period”).
Citibank N.A. (“Citibank”) offers flat cashback of INR 1500 (Rupees one thousand and five hundred only) on a minimum flight booking of INR 7500 (Rupees seven thousand and five hundred only) (“Cashback”). The Offer is only valid on bookings made through Citi Credit and Debit Cards (excluding Citi Corporate cards) (“Cards”).
Offer shall be valid only for one (1) transaction per Card during the Offer Period. Only the first valid transaction conducted through any of the Cards will be eligible for the benefit under this Offer.
Only resident citizens of India who are of sound mind and aged eighteen (18) years or above are eligible to accept this Offer. Hold bookings or group bookings for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website or mobile application, are not eligible for the Offer.
Cashback will be made by Citibank in Customer’s Card within ninety (90) days from the date of Booking, on a best effort basis. This Offer and Cashback are non-transferable, non–exchangeable and non-encashable.
IndiGo shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may be suffered by a Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer, by the use or non-use of Cashback.
All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer should be taken up directly with Citibank by clicking here. IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same.
The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or promotion. The Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. The Offer may be modified or terminated, at any time by IndiGo and Citibank, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
All Bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage.
By making IndiGo flight Booking through Citi Cards during the Offer Period, Customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the Customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers and employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the Customer, in future.
These Offer terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
