Why shop on FK, Amazon, Paytm many incidents have been there where customer got cheated, so Did you stop purchasing on those sites

You must read about Food Safety Policy and Regulations & FSMA In U.S.A. If it was U.S.A., Box 8 must have tried and charged guilty and by now they must have all been behind bars. Leave aside the heavy penalty that shall be imposed on them. But this is India and there are fools like you. I don’t want to get personal but you have crossed all the limits.

I am regular customer of Box 8 and order 2-3 times a month, I have keenly followed that story and think that the organisers also have some role in safekeeping the food before delivery , enquiry must be conducted later on..besides some complaints were raised for serving sub standard quality, which could be true.

Whenever, food is handeled, it is fraught with risk of contamination. I order box 8 due to fastest delivery of Indian food, however it is prepared in central kitchen early in day. So it should be refrigerated properly.

I have reduced orders on box 8 due to

- no further range in options
- other options of Indian food like fun do rice and zaffire express to delivery max. 1 hour.
