It is one of the worst ever broadband services I have faced. If we call them for any clarification or issue immediately system will create ticket. By next day morning irrespective of issue resolved or not ticket will be closed automatically sharply at 9am by system. If we ask them why ticket is closed without resolving they will say ticket closed by backend team. 1 time it took 1 week for them to resove connectivity issue after getting follow up with local technical team. PS never ever go for this.
