You agree to receive the flight voucher code via email from PayPal.
Any voucher related queries should be raised within 30 days post a successful transaction.
In case of cancellations/refunds in redemption cases, user will only get refund net of voucher amount credited to user already. For partial cancellations, refund will be processed as per PayPal policies.
Under no circumstances will you be entitled to withdraw the eligible voucher amount into your bank account, funding instrument or otherwise ask for a cash withdrawal.
