Terms and Conditions for First Transaction
Offer 1. Definitions
i. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India
ii. Offer: The offer means ‘Qualified Customers will receive INR 100 cashback on first purchase transaction of INR 500 or more’ using their Standard Chartered Visa debit card during the Offer Period.
iii. Offer Period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:00:01 hours on 1 January 2020 and shall extend up to 23:59:59 hours on 31 January 2020. iv. Qualified Customer: The offer is only applicable to a select set of Bank’s debit cardholders. Bank’s debit cardholders who have received the Offer communication from the Bank and who have successfully carried out the transactions described in the Offer will qualify for the Offer.
ii. Offer is applicable only on the first transaction of INR 500 or more.
iii. Each cardholder would receive a maximum cashback of INR 100 on the qualification of the eligibility criteria.
iv. This offer is applicable only for debit cardholders who have received this communication. iv. Non-resident Indian Bank account holders are not eligible for this Offer.
v. Qualified customers will receive the offer benefit within 60 days from the date of the end of the Offer Period. 3. Communication of the offer i. The Offer will be communicated to select a set of Bank debit cardholders only through – SMS and/or email on their registered mobile number or email address, at the discretion of the Bank. 4.
