What about previous offer of 1000 reward points offer?
Just email them through the dashboard. I did the same but they didn’t gave me voucher, instead they adjusted it in my credit statement. I think thats even better than voucher 
I’ve had a bad experience in regard to BMS vouchers – they never really got back to me with Voucher codes, despite repeated follow-ups. None of their managers replied to my emails and finally I gave-up on this. Although it is an isolated one, in general their services are good.
