Offer under this agreement shall not be valid for purchase of IT products.

1. This gift code (“Gift Code”) is issued and promoted under a brand promotion (“Promotion”) activity managed & operated by Shop CJ Network Private Limited (“SCN”) for home shopping network run by SCN on various platforms including television, mobile & internet, without any obligation on its part to continue the promotion beyond the date which SCN deems fit in its sole discretion.
2. SCN reserves the rights to discontinue/withdrawn the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
3. The amount indicated in the Gift Code i.e. HDFC250 shall only be redeemed by purchasing any product (except IT products) of Rs. 1000/- or more through SCN’s website and by paying the balance amount for the Product.
4. The offer is non-transferable and non redeemable/refundable for cash under any circumstances. The offer shall be valid till the validity period only i.e. up-to March 31, 2017, and the same shall be lapsed in case if not utilized within the validity period. This offer cannot be clubbed with other gift vouchers/coupon/certificate/codes under this promotion or any other promotion/scheme or any other scheme floated by SCN, if it is not explicitly permitted by SCN.
5. Use/redemption of this offer shall be considered as clear and unconditional acceptance to be bound by these terms & conditions.
6. Discounts/credits given against this offer shall be considered fully and unconditionally withdrawn on cancellation of order and actual amount paid shall be refunded.

10. SCN reserves the right to a) amend/add/remove/modify (in whole or part) any of the terms & conditions of this Promotion/Offer, b) to replace, wholly or in part, this promotion by another promotion, c) to withdraw the promotional together, and SCN’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding.
11. SCN’s decision shall be binding and final in the event of any circumstances which in SCN’s opinion make it necessary to suspend, substitute, change or cancel the Promotion/Offer. SCN reserves the right to suspend, change, substitute or cancel the Promotion/Offer at any time.
12. The purchase of product shall be governed by the corresponding terms & conditions for sale and purchase of product through SCN’s platform.
13. The Promotion/Offer shall always be subject to all applicable central, state and local laws.
14. Notwithstanding anything contained hereinabove, Delivery/shipping charges shall be paid in addition to the price of the product.

15. The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India only. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion/Gift Code/Offer/Terms & Conditions shall be decided by arbitration conducted in English at Mumbai by a sole arbitrator who will be the Chief Executive Officer of SCN or any senior officer nominated by him. Subject to the above, the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
