I think AXIS is far behind the idea of cashback with always having a cap. 
Better move to other Banks. As per AXIS the cashback is capped for quarter, which is pathetic. If it was monthly then it can be consiered.

they mentioned some time limit of 3 months to “opt” which one u want for 10% as –
either cashback or Loyalty points

To get Priority DC one has to open Priority savings account or Priority Salary account.
Minimum quarterly Balance is Rs2lacs or Net salary credited above Rs1lac.
Not an easy preposition for many.
More than one year … Offer still running.. i have opened priority account by 2lakh initial deposit and no balance maintenance required. I use priority debit card to pay credit card dues and get 2500 cashback every quarter. Its great deal.
