For IOC cards, you will get 4 additional points ie., 5 per 150 recharge. Each point worth 1rupee which you can redeem at Indian Oil petrol bunks for filling petrol/diesel..

Do we really get points for wallet recharge via citibank .. I tried this couple of years ago .. did not get any points for those recharges

If I am correct it is 9% returns for premier miles card
Seems like 3000 per card max additional points (i.e. 4X)
So to get 3000, you need to spend 93750. (rewards card examples 1 rp/125)
Limit of wallet load per day is 10000 (5000 per transaction, so 2 per day)
Limit per month is 1,00,000
So no use of additional card.
Not a good deal first of all.. ioc cards…
Most important thing you have to recharge through citi app/website .. Otherwise you won’t get 5x

citi website showing below upon doing recharge of more then 5K
• You can recharge the wallet for a minimum of Rs.1,000 and maximum Rs.5,000.
• You can recharge the wallets till maximum of Rs.10,000 per day.
